From the website: This month we're happy to welcome Allison and Matt Robicellis whose innovative cupcakes have won them a cult following in New York City. Allison and Matt will go over the finer points of cake baking, covering the fundamentals of the process, which they will demonstrate step-by-step to turn non-bakers into bakers. They will discuss the pros and cons of two different methods for making frosting, creaming and oil-based, and of course, they will cover buttercream. Students will go home with recipes, a belly full of cupcakes, and the confidence to bake perfect cake at home with ease.
Duration: about 2 hours.
Students are not required to bring anything with them.
