Time Out New York has The Essential Guide to NYC's Cupcakes. They have a slideshow and an interactive map of (all?) the cupcakeries in Manhattan. This is pretty awesome.
Time Out New York also has a small NYC food facts slideshow. City Bakery uses over 2 million dark chocolate chunks per year!
