The best time to come in for these Mexican baked goods is early in the morning, around 8AM. I know nothing about Mexican baked goods, not even a little. It always throws me off that many Hispanic bakeries carry real food as well (as this place will soon be doing), so I tend to avoid them because I don't trust a place that splits its efforts. But that concha looks pretty good.
