For the rest of February, The Treats Truck is having a Coconut Contest. They are asking their fans to come up with the next treat to feature coconut as the main ingredient. Drop off your suggestions to the truck in person and your idea could be sold during the first week of March. The winner will also get a $25 gift certificate and 1/2 dozen of the new coconut special.
